Our import wizard guides you through exporting from your current manager and securely importing into Activate Security. The process typically takes less than 5 minutes regardless of how many passwords you have.

Unfortunately, we cannot reset your master password. This is a deliberate security feature, not a limitation. Because we use zero-knowledge encryption, your master password never reaches our servers. If we could reset it, that would mean we have access to your encrypted data - which defeats the purpose of encryption.

We strongly recommend writing down your master password and storing it somewhere safe (not on your computer). Consider using a recovery kit with security questions as backup verification for account recovery.

Not through us. We use client-side encryption where you hold the only decryption keys. If authorities served us with a warrant, we'd only have encrypted files that we cannot decrypt.

Law enforcement would need your master password to access encrypted files. We have no way to provide it because we don't have it. This is intentional - it's the only way to guarantee true privacy.

Absolutely. Webcam and microphone hacking is far more common than most people realize. Malware can activate your camera without the indicator light turning on. Even legitimate apps sometimes access your camera without clear notification.
